These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of embroideryunlocked.com and the Embroidery Unlocked community (the "Service"), operated by Senoj Custom Threads ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Membership
Embroidery Unlocked is a paid community hosted on Skool. Access to lessons, community discussions, and bonus content is provided while your membership is active. Founders Rate pricing of $19/month is available until August 31, 2026; beginning September 1, 2026 the rate is $37/month. Pricing is subject to change for new members with notice.
Billing & cancellation
- Memberships bill monthly through Skool's payment processor.
- You can cancel anytime from your Skool account settings; cancellation stops future charges.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by law.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Do not share your account or course content with people who are not paying members.
Content & intellectual property
All course videos, PDFs, digitizing files, templates, and other materials provided in Embroidery Unlocked are the property of Senoj Custom Threads and are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly post the materials. You retain ownership of embroidery work and business assets you create using what you learn.
Community conduct
We keep Embroidery Unlocked a supportive space. Harassment, spam, hate speech, and unauthorized promotion may result in removal from the community without refund.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Business results, income examples, and outcomes shared in the community depend on many personal factors and are not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senoj Custom Threads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
